The stuff you're probably wondering.
Do you accept pet insurance?
Yes. We don’t bill insurance directly, but our Denver veterinarians provide itemized invoices that you can submit to any major pet insurance carrier (Trupanion, Healthy Paws, Nationwide, ASPCA, Lemonade, and more) for reimbursement. Payment is collected at the visit—we accept all major cards, HSA/FSA, and CareCredit.
Do I need a SplootPack membership to be seen?
No, membership is optional, and anyone can book a visit at Sploot Commons Park. SplootPack is available for pet parents who want exclusive discounts, getting the same top-tier care at Sploot with savings of up to $650 per year.
Do you handle after-hours pet emergencies?
Sploot Commons Park, your vet near Union Station, is open 8 AM–8 PM, 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays—same-day urgent care is available during these extended daily hours. We do not offer overnight 24-hour critical care. If your pet needs after-hours emergency care, we’ll help coordinate the right specialty Denver animal hospital or ER, and we can follow up with your pet the next morning.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring any prior medical records or vaccination history if you have them—we can also request them from your previous vet. The following are also helpful: a leash or carrier, your pet’s favorite treats (you’re also welcome to get some from our free treat bar), and a list of any medications your pet is currently on.
How do I book an appointment at the Sploot Commons Park?
Three ways: book online in under a minute, call (720) 807-2459, or message us in the Sploot Vets app. Same-day appointments are available daily—check today’s availability for the next open slot.
Can I drop in for urgent care without an appointment?
Yes. Sploot Commons Park accepts urgent drop-offs during regular hours (8 AM–8 PM) for issues like vomiting, limping, fever, ear infections, cuts, burns, bites, foxtails, skin and eye irritation, and so on. Call ahead at (720) 807-2459 so our Denver veterinarians can prepare for your pet’s arrival.
