We don't bill insurance directly, but our Highlands veterinarians provide itemized invoices that you can submit to any major pet insurance carrier (Trupanion, Healthy Paws, Nationwide, ASPCA, Lemonade, and more) for reimbursement. Payment is collected at the visit—we accept all major cards, HSA/FSA, and CareCredit.
Do I need a SplootPack membership to be seen?
No, membership is optional, and anyone can book a visit at Sploot Highlands. SplootPack is available for pet parents who want exclusive discounts, getting the same top-tier care at Sploot with savings of up to $650 per year.
Do you handle after-hours pet emergencies?
Our Denver veterinary clinic in Highlands is open 8 AM–8 PM, 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays—same-day urgent care is available during these extended daily hours. We do not offer overnight 24-hour critical care. If your pet needs after-hours emergency care, we'll help coordinate the right specialty Denver animal hospital or ER, and we can follow up with your pet the next morning.
